Dear Bill, Jim and Tom
I just wanted to say thank you for all the great work MSI Construction did on our new Green Baron Facility. Working with your people made this a truly enjoyable experience for both Jeff and I. We really appreciate the quality workmanship shown throughout the project.
We would specifically like to recognize the work of Dennis Trenkenschuh, the project superintendent. Dennis spent the time to understand what we wanted and make sure that it ended up that way. He was always looking out for our best interests. Dennis is very knowledgeable, and demands quality work both from his own crew and from the subcontractors working with him.
Bill Monahan, the project manager did a great job of making sure the project stayed on course and stayed within budget. With all the changes we had to deal with throughout construction, it was gratifying to have someone work so hard to save money whenever he could. Because of his efforts we came in less than 3% over our original budget established more than a year earlier.
We would also like to thank John Clark, Javier, Shawn and Terry, the main crew members that made this all happen as well as all the other MSI employees and subcontractors who came to help. Everyone we dealt with from your organization was friendly, courteous and very helpful.
Problems always show up in construction projects, especially one where you are renovating such an old home. Whenever these situations would arise, the MSI staff would always help us find the right answers, remembering we were trying to save the glory of this old home and stay within a budget.
When we first met, I noticed the slogan on your business card, “Building Customers for Life.” I thought that was an odd motto for a construction company. Now that we have had the opportunity to work with you, it makes perfect sense. If we ever have another project to work on, MSI Construction will be our first call.
Thanks again,
Lee Jackman
